Where you land within the range depends mostly on how much furniture you have: a 2-room flat with just a sofa and a wardrobe is at the lower end, a fully furnished one at the upper end. Floor, lift and distance matter too. In our experience, an old Viennese building without a lift is the most common reason a move costs more.
You pay a fixed price, not an hourly rate. Weekends and public holidays cost the same as weekdays.
